Why do you love Tuscany? 

I love Tuscany because I was born here; it’s my land, and the scent of it is so special, so unique.

What makes Tuscan produce so amazing?

Tuscany is lucky land because we have the sea, countryside and mountains. The weather is good and we have a lots of great products; for a chef it’s fantastic to work here. For me, working at Borgo Santo Pietro in the heart of Tuscany with our biodynamic vegetable garden, I’m inspired and motivated to create a gourmet experience .

What should everyone eat in Tuscany?

Everyone should try panino al lampedotto, it’s typical Florentine street food

Top things to eat in Tuscany are pappa al pomodoro and wild boar pappardelle, and tortelli filled with fresh ricotta and spinach

My favourite restaurant in Tuscany is a barbecue at home with my friends.
