COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES
Cottage cheese (18% fat)
Egg yolks – 2 pc
White wheat flour – 70 g
Sugar – 50 g
Salt – 2 g
Vanilla extract or vanillin – 5 g
Mix all ingredients, divide into small portions up to 50-60 g each, make balls and press with the pancake-flipper.
Roast cottage cheese pancakes from the both sides until a golden crust, put them into the oven for 5-7 mins at 180 C.
Serve with condensed milk, sour-cream, fresh berries or jam.
