But this post is not about Science – but about the Croissant. There are delicious croissants in France and there are the not so good Walk into any bakery that does not have the word ARTISAN and you are guranteed to have a pretty bad one. Find an Artisan bakery and keep your fingers crossed. The best one I had on my recent 5 day trip to fair Paris – is from Boulangerie Pichard Located in the 15th Arr – go there – and get this croissant.
